This is a perfect base camp Location to launch you off on daily adventures, near highway on ramps headed north & south.

The space
This property is located upstairs in a secure 4 plex. The unit features a balcony, vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, in unit washer & dryer and The dining area seats 6 comfortably between the table and the island bar.

Your unit has a designated parking spot in a covered car port tucked safely next to the building off the street.

Located just 5.5 miles from Kincaid park, a mecca for outdoor sports of all kinds & just a few miles away from Carrs, Costco, local coffee shops and restaurants! This location is about 15 mins from all three of Anchorages main hospitals.


We have made the unit comfy and cozy with all the things we would want if we were traveling ourselves. The kitchen is Stocked with spices and cooking utensils, baking sheets and Tupperware to help make dinner prep and clean up convenient. You are encouraged to let us know if we have missed anything that would make your stay more enjoyable.

There are black out blinds in each bedroom to help you sleep in the land of the midnight sun!

The front yard is accessible if you walk through the building or from the side gate where you can enjoy a small green out door space.
We do not have a BBQ located on the property.

Guest access
Access will be made available before guest arrive through providing a key code to the building and your specific unit.

The only common space is the walk way inside the building leading to each unit.

Other things to note
THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR NOT SMOKING OR VAPING inside the House or on any of the balconies. If you are a smoker you are welcome to smoke outside on the side walk, as long as you put your cigarette butts in the trash cans provided outside
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, this applies to both drugs and Internet activity (file sharing, etc).
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests. ~Kids count as a guests Infants (under 18month) don't.
- When using the kitchen, please clean up any spills and splatter you create while cooking and place your used plates & silverware into the dishwasher. Please hand wash any larger items, such as pots and pans.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
~ Please do not take bath towels, pillows, cushions outside.
- At the end of your stay, please make sure all windows are closed and locked and all outside doors are closed and locked.
~PLEASE make sure all lights are off before leaving.

Our apartment is located 3 miles away from Ted Stevens International Airport and close to the Minnesota on ramp going north or south. This is a great base location to help launch you on your daily adventures.

Our units are just under 1000 sq ft and are
They are best suited for 4 guest because We can sleep 4 people comfortably in beds (sleeping 2 in each bed.) We do allow an guest to sleep on the couch & can also provide air mattress so more people can stay together in our place.
$15 per night for a 6th guest. No more than 6 people please.
If you have a large party we have another unit listed “rustic modern (newly remodeled)”, book them both & have enough space for everyone in the group!
