We are located in the village of Is Domus about 1.5 km from the center of Sant'Anna Arresi, in an area at the foot of green hills of Mediterranean scrub and a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Sulcis. The house is an ideal starting point to reach the natural and archaeological wonders of western Sardinia and the islands of San Pietro and Sant'Antioco.

The space
The house, newly built, consists of two levels, with a garden in the front and an internal parking space in the back and a separate entrance.
On the ground floor, there is a large open space consisting of a kitchen and living room with sofa and TV area, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, kettle, toaster, scale and everything you need for cooking.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, one with a double bed and one with two single beds) all with private balconies. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two have a shared bathroom.
The building is completed by a garden with flower beds, spices and plants, where you can sunbathe relax in the shade and dine on the veranda.
The house is ideal for families with children and people looking for tranquility. The proximity to the hills makes it an ideal place for running, jogging and biking; all water sports can also be practiced on the nearby beaches.
Nature lovers will be able to observe the beautiful pink flamingo and numerous other species in the wetlands surrounding the beaches.
