The space is clean and uncluttered, recently remodeled, and was designed with remote working guests in mind. Covered lanais to enjoy all day/night. Many functional kitchen amenities provided including a bbq outside. Great central location for whole island exploration. Safe, low key, friendly neighborhood. Fast speed wifi and utilities included. Three working spaces, hammock, and a streaming tv (no cable.) Great indoor/outdoor functional living space. Outdoor hot/cold shower available.

Fun, easy going, thoughtful, and in gratitude for all the wonderful people I have met along the way. These are some of my traits. I have owned properties since 2000. Hosting travelers is not new for me, and I understand from experience what most travelers need to feel comfortable and at home. My home rental is stocked with starter sets of generally the following: bathroom soaps/shampoo & conditioner/laundry soaps/zip lock baggies/foil/herbs for cooking/disinfectant sprays. I like to supply travelers with these items so that they can begin their vacation with ease. 5 things I can't live without: My family, my pets, my swim gear/ surfboard/running shoes, and KTA lilikoi malasadas! I love movies and I collect them! One of my favorite things to do is to run with my dog in the rain. * note: she is here only part time, very friendly, and gated separately from the rental accommodation. To have me as a host: You can expect to have your privacy, a disinfected accommodation, and my help or a referral should you need assistance. Additionally, the accommodation for rent is solely for renters, and therefore it is not cluttered with my personal belongings. Experience 5 Star cleanliness while also enjoying some coziness and amenities of home. Referrals and recommendations to friends are important to me, and I would appreciate your review following your visit. Mahalo!
