This property is located just 1.5 miles from I-81, a couple of minutes drive to downtown, walking distance to Mendota Nature Trail and 8.5 miles to Bristol Motor Speedway.

This unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We pride ourselves on offering very clean spaces for peace of mind and enjoyment during your stay. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials needed for cooking and enjoying a nice meal. The kitchen is equipped with silverware, dishes, a microwave, coffee pot, range, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Spend time in the living room area on the extremely comfortable furniture watching your favorite TV shows, relax on the covered back porch, and get a great nights rest in one of our very comfortable beds.

All bed linens, towels, washcloths, hand towels, etc are included for your stay.

This is a quite neighborhood, full of mostly long term residents. Although this unit is located next to the interstate, noise is very minimal and cannot be heard from the inside. You may see or hear an occasional vehicle passing by on the street.
