Enjoy the ultimate lakeside experience at this spacious 4BR farmhouse on the open water of Lake LBJ. The backyard oasis features a gorgeous negative-edge infinity pool*, hot tub, and a large grassy back yard leading down to a 2-story boat dock**. The covered back patio offers a stunning view of Lake LBJ along with an outdoor dining table, built-in propane BBQ grill, and fans that provide a cool breeze in the Texas summer!
The open concept living area, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the large sectional sofa to read a good book or watch your favorite movie on the 65" flat-screen TV. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances. A small, separate bar top and stools provide additional seating for guests while the formal dining table offers seating for 10.
While the Primary Bedroom is located on the first floor, all other bedrooms are located upstairs along with a second small living room with games and a flat screen TV.

1) This is NOT a party residence. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.
2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).
3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.
4) We do NOT allow pets at this property.
5) The boat slip is NOT available for use, but you can tie your boat on either side of it if you have bumpers.
