This is a lovely apartment situated in one of the best and safest neighborhoods in Paris, the 2nd, only steps away from the famous Rue de Montorgueil, you will find all that is necessary to a lovely stay near by.
The apartment is south oriented which allows you to enjoy the daylight and sunshine throughout the day, it overlooks the courtyard so it is very calm, there's a countryside feeling when you're inside even though you're in a very lively area of the city.

The space
The kitchen if fully equipped with a fridge, hot plates, a hoven and a dish wahser.
There is a separate toilet where you will also find a washing machine
The bathroom has a bathtub and a window and a towel warmer
The bedroom is separated by a sliding wooden door so you can either keep it open or closed, in the back you will have at your disposal a huge storage to put your personal belongings.
The neighbors are calm and friendly, there's a very good energy in the building and there's also a very nice building guardian who lives at the ground floor of the building
Please note that the apartment is situated at the 6th floor with no elevator which can be quite a climb if you're not used to it, the staircase is very easy, spacious and has been renovated recently.
