Peace and quiet

Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Swallows' Nest is a 2 bedroom stable/barn conversion. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The farm is criss - crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas, emus and other farmyard animals.

The space
Inside the front door which is a replica of the original stable door opens up to a large open plan living area.
The kitchen, dining area and living room are open-plan with double doors leading to the patio area. A double bedroom with an en suite is located past the kitchen. At the other end of the property is a twin room with beds that can be combined to created a Super King Bed. Next to the twin bedroom is a family bathroom.
The property benefits from Free View TV and Wi-Fi. There is underfloor heating which is controlled on a thermostat in every room.

Outside.
Out front on the gravel driveway there is enough parking to fit 3 cars. To the rear of the property big double doors open up onto the south facing sun trap patio which over looks a stream.
