Located 45 minutes away from Istanbul city center, the Pool and Garden are not visible from the outside because of high garden walls.
Surrounded by pine and fruit trees, the Villa is 2 km from the nearest beach and 6 km from the center of Şile. We have Parking area for 2 cars.

Our Villa, which has a very stylish interior design, has two floors. In our villa;

On the upper floor, we have bright and spacious bedrooms and a BALCONY with pool and garden views.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom and is located on the 2nd floor.

All rooms of our villa have central heating.

The satisfaction of our guests is very important for us and we place great importance on HYGIENE and CLEANLINESS.

We would like you to experience your stay in the most comfortable and reliable way with our high-temperature washed white linens and towels.

We have hangers and mirrors in all our rooms, and we have an iron and ironing board, too.

All our bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and liquid soap.

KITCHEN: There is an open kitchen concept in our villa, and you can continue chatting with your friends in the living room while you cook. There are fridge, oven, dishwasher and kitchen tools that may be needed in our kitchen. There are dinnerware for 12 people, cutlery, glasses, tea glasses, water glasses and soft drink glasses.

BBQ / BBQ: On the patio that opens to the garden from the kitchen, we have an area where you can barbecue and a garden table. Our barbecue and barbecue apparatus are located on our veranda. Charcoal for barbecue is our ikram.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is located on the front of the villa and there are sun loungers and parasols for our guests. One end of the swimming pool has a shallow section with a depth of 0.90 meters and the other end is 2.25 meters deep.

GARAGE: We have an open car park for 2 vehicles at the back of the villa. The garage door opens automatically with the remote control.

Şile is a peaceful and worth seeing town, free from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul, where lush forests extend into the coast. It is in a very convenient location especially for your weekend getaways.
