Situated in 116 year old Dalmatian house within conservation area. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy Marjan park without the tourists. Wander around the historic streets while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee at this urban-chic apartment with a superior balcony and enjoy the view:-)

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the center of Split, located in a quiet environment, a few minutes walk separates you from the beautiful Marjan forest park in the west, as well as the unique Diocletian's Palace in the south. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 116-year-old building that has been restored in accordance with conservation requirements. It is fully equipped to provide guests with an unforgettable experience of staying in beautiful Split:-)
