NO PARTIES/NO LOUD MUSIC Come and experience this 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 120' of waterfront on South Sandy Pond! Swim, float, kayak, fish, pedal boat and RELAX! Private dock for guests! A short drive to Sandy Island Beach, ice cream shops, restaurants and marinas. Access to North Pond thru a channel and then a short boat ride to boaters beach and Lake Ontario. In the winter, sit in the cozy living room and watch the snow fall! Beautiful location anytime of year! **No garage access

The space
The house space is all yours and the wooden dock! Owners dock their boat at the aluminum dock and use and access the garage area at any time. The garage is not for guests. NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC. Never leave children unattended for any reason.

NO LOUD MUSIC!! NO PARTIES!!! There are only 9 houses on this road! IT IS VERY QUIET!!!! Please keep noise to a minimum and BE RESPECTFUL of our neighbors!!! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES and NO LOUD MUSIC

We have needed to change this a bit. We will give our guests space but it has come to our attention that the house has been misused by guests, so we will now meet our guests as we see fit. There is to be ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC AND NO PARTIES. Guests will be asked to leave if the rules are not followed!
