In the outskirts of Koudekerke, only 1400 meters from the beach and city center, is our lovely cottage, meant to cheer you up :-)

It consists of a living area with kitchen, a fantastic bathroom with walk-in rain shower and Private Sauna!
Upstairs in the sleeping loft, there are 2 sleeping areas with lovely box springs for a comfortable night's sleep.

Please note: the stairs are very steep with narrow steps and upstairs you have to bend down to get into the sleeping quarters.

The space
The cottage has its own parking and access. The beds are made for you, and you will receive a towel package per person. On your private terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon sun in the nice lounge chairs or play a game at the picnic table. The grounds are directly adjacent to hiking and biking trails in beautiful nature where you can spot hares, pheasants, many birds and with a bit of luck, deer and even foxes! Beautiful Middelburg, the Boulevard of Vlissingen and the cozy Zoutelande are easily accessible by bike. Of course, you can contact us for tips on sights, fun outings, nice restaurants and cozy terraces. We look forward to welcoming you!

The cottage includes a screened, tiled, private terrace of about 30m2 with a picnic table with parasol to enjoy a snack and drink in good weather. There are also four chairs for you to relax in.

You can park your car on the road on private property. From there, you can reach the holiday home via a 20-metre shellfish path.

You can park your bicycle(and, up to 2) or any stroller in the adjacent shed. Electric bikes can be charged at the power point in the shed.

Koudekerke is a nice and cozy village, located near Vlissingen and Middelburg. The village has (at 1400 meters from our cottage) a beautiful village square with a restaurant, super nice lunch room, a clothing shop, 2 hairdresser shops and a children's clothing shop. There are two cafeterias nearby, two particularly good a la carte restaurants and two Asian restaurants.
Our cottage is located on the Strandweg, on the road to the beach:-) The cozy Dishoek with various restaurants, an ice cream parlour, Grand cafe and a Pancake cabin is also 1400 meters away.

Hi, we are Michel and Jill and together with our three children we have been living in Koudekerke since 2002. We like to get to the beach, in all seasons, love good food and coziness, and love going out. When we bought our current house at this dream location in 2018, we immediately saw opportunities to convert the garage and horse stable into a Holiday Cottage. And now it's finally ready, we are very enthusiastic about it ourselves and hope to host many guests so that they can enjoy here as much as we do!
