Our entire Oasis includes 2 homes 🧡 the Casa + Casita 🧡 and both their outdoor lounge spaces for a truly unique & private way to enjoy your vacay.

Our home is comfortable enough to enjoy as a destination of its own - while central for exploring, only a short drive to all the hotspots and main attractions in SoCal.

• Casa main house with 2 queen bedrooms
• Casita studio guesthouse with a queen bed
• 1 sleeper futon in the main living room

• 2 bathrooms (one shower, one shower/bath)
• Smart TVs in each living room
• Board games, books, and tunes to turn on our record player
• 2X private washers and dryers in unit
• Professionally cleaned
• Fans in each of the sleeping spaces (our home does not have AC)

🌺🌵Tropical Exterior:
• 2X gas fire pits with lava rock base - no wood needed!
• Outdoor soft seating
• Enjoy the sunshine with a meal outdoors on our picnic tables
• 2X outdoor electric grills
• 2x hammocks to rest and relax in!

• hole in the wall dining (Green Vine Delicatessen + Niederfrank's ice cream shoppe), and
• hints of modernization like the new Public Market food hall.

Many travelers enjoy our home as a place to unwind from their adventures of the day - some like to just relax at our home for their entire stay with loved ones. Whatever your plans may be, we trust you'll find comfort here.

🌴 Our property consists of a main house and a secondary studio guest house. By booking this listing you get both entire houses + their outdoor spaces.

🛋 Our sofa sleepers are comfortable for two children and fairly cozy for two adults.

🌡We have heating but no air conditioning, our home is close enough to the bay that we get a constant ocean breeze with the windows open. Temperature is subjective but we find it very comfortable! All sleeping areas in the main house have a ceiling fan. The studio guest house has a floor stand fan.

🪴 Our gardener will be on site outdoors on Tuesdays between 9 AM - 12 PM. He will not need access inside but you may see him outdoors caring for our plants.
