This beautiful apartment with three bright rooms, (a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms) in the heart of Berlin located in Prenzlauer Berg, Winsviertel - a lovely neighbourhood in Berlins City center. Trendy and lovely at the same time. The area is known for its many cafés, restaurants boutiques, supermarkets and parcs, like Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The apartment offers you living in the city center while staying at a cosy place.

The space
The apartment itself is a 3 room flat with a sunny kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms and a balcony; fully equipped with kitchen, espresso maker, washing machine and dryer and WLAN. Ideal place for couples and families to spend a couple of days in the Capital of Germany! Beginning in mid august, another living room is closed as construction work is taking place above the access to the balcony. The apartment is not affected by the construction work. There may be some noise during the week during the day.
