Lovely holiday cottage in the heart of Seaview, close to the sea and shops. A great location for a break by the sea or a base from which to explore the Isle of Wight. The house sleeps up to four in two bedrooms. Seaview is popular with families and water sports enthusiasts.

The space
The cottage is beautifully set up by the current owners who have spent many happy family holidays there. The house has an open plan sitting room, dining area and well equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a double room with sea glimpses, twin room and family bathroom. There is a sunny courtyard at the rear of the property.
The property is within easy access to all the village amenities including a chemist, village community shop, gift shop, gallery, ice cream parlour, cafe and restaurants.
The sea and beaches are reached by a short stroll (approximately three minutes) down the High Street.

Seaview is a delightful seaside village on the east of the Isle of Wight. There are a number of shops including a community village shop, a pub, restaurants, chemist, ice cream parlour and two hotels. It is popular for families, sailing and watersport enthusiasts. There are lots of lovely beaches too including Priory Bay. A great location to spend a few days by the sea or from which to explore the rest of the Island.

I enjoy living on the Isle of Wight with my wife, Juliet, and our Golden Retriever. We own a pub called the Pilot Boat at Bembridge (new for 2021, a microbrewery, Wight Knuckle Brewery) as well as the Seaview Cafe on the high street in Seaview, where we sell tea, coffee, drinks, sandwiches and a fabulous range of ice creams, and together we also look after a number of holiday properties. I am a good communicator and enjoy meeting new people. I enjoy sailing, walking, socialising, skiing and tennis.

We live nearby and can be contacted by telephone, email or message at any time. We also own the Seaview Deli Ice Cream Parlour, opposite Seaview Hotel, in the High Street which is open most days during the summer. You can always leave a message for us there and buy an ice cream!
