Entirely private villa for exclusive use, with panoramic infinity pool (open June–September), large garden, sun terrace and private parking. The space
The villa is arranged over two main floors, with additional garden-level spaces, and is furnished with original antique pieces that preserve the authentic character of a historic Tuscan home.
The first floor hosts five spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the ground floor features an elegant dining room with fireplace, a large double living room also featuring a fireplace, a study and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, ideal for shared meals and relaxed gatherings.
A laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities is available for guests. Outdoors, several areas are designed for enjoying the Tuscan lifestyle: a barbecue area with a shaded gazebo for al fresco dining, an additional dining space in front of the house under the trees, and comfortable relaxation areas near the pool. Guests can also enjoy a ping-pong table, a hammock, and a sun terrace equipped with loungers and deck chairs.
