A Must See!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! Villas are not beachfront but have access to the Beachfront amenities and pools (see property map on website). This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: ceramic tile floors, carpet, furniture, cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, appliances, & decor. Patio leads to living room & master suite. The master suite has a King size bed & the junior suite has a queen bed & a bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 comfortable. Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed! **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Arcade, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

She ventured to Florida State University and then Gulf Coast Community college to pursue her degree in Business Administration. This is when she became very interested in Business Accounting. She then started a family and was interested in being a part of the Real Estate Sales Associate team for Edgewater Beach Realty, Inc. For over 4 years she became interested in Edgewater Beach Resort and the condo business as a whole during this period. Through the ups and downs of the Real Estate Market, Erica became actively interested in Vacation Rentals/Property Management in 2008 and started Stay At The Beach Rentals! She continues to hold an active license as well as run this extremely successful Property Management business with her mother. Owners and guests alike commend them and the business for the continuous hard work to guarantee a clean, stress-free vacation year after year!
