Very comfortable apartment in a gated community, with private parking and 24-hour doorman, with a swimming pool in the community. Located approximately 1000 meters from Juquehy beach and approximately 600 meters from downtown. The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. Living in Juquehy is very nice and quiet, fresh air from the slopes of the mountains of Serra do Mar State Park, the calm of being able to get around by bike to the center of Juquehy and to the beach.
Very common for Juquehy residents and regulars to play outdoor sports on the beach before work, usually remote and in the afternoon as well. Many surfers, dozens of them also practice surfing in the morning and in the late afternoon, a preferred time to enjoy the sunset and catch a glimpse of moonlight on beautiful and starry nights of a wonderful sky
