The space
Ideal for a family or group of friends, our spacious, modern and stylishly decorated apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a completely renovated building located between the vibrant 10th arrondissement and the Sentier. The first bedroom has a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two single beds on request. If you would like two single beds for your stay, please let us know as far in advance as possible. The second bedroom has a 160x200 bed.

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wifi, Bluetooth speakers and a washing machine-dryer...

On your arrival, everything will be ready to welcome you in the best conditions (bed linen, towels and bath products, coffee and tea).

All our apartments are non-smoking. Failure to comply with this essential rule will result in a special post-stay cleaning charge of half your deposit.

The property is very close to metro stations Bonne Nouvelle or Strasbourg Saint Denis. The street in which your apartment is located turns pedestrian every Sunday from 10AM to 6PM. The car access is therefore very controlled, you will be required to show a proof of residence (Airbnb,or Beauquartier invoice) in order to access it by car. We would advise you to park in the nearest parking located at 5-7 Rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75009.
