Detailed description:
2 bedrooms with pocket sprung mattresses.
The bedroom with a double bed has a beautiful view and a sliding partition door that, when opened, integrates the bedroom into the living room.
The bedroom with 4 single beds also has a beautiful view of the pool and mountains, and 2 beds can be joined to form a queen bed. The single beds are trundle beds (main bed on top and an extra bed built into the box structure that is pulled out only during use).
The bathroom has an electric shower.
In the living room there is a retractable/reclining sofa, where you can watch TV on the 32" Smart TV, with IPTV subscription channels (all subscription channels, movies, cartoons and series) and Netflix.
Also in the living room there is a dining table with 4 chairs and 1 stool, where meals can be eaten, in addition to the desk with chair in the double bedroom.
Meals can also be eaten outdoors, at the condominium's barbecue area, where there are tables, a sink, a refrigerator and a wood-burning stove.
Swimming pool with slide - the condominium pool is available DAILY.
Barbecue - with stove and wood-burning oven.
The condominium has a space with a barbecue, free to use, just book the date of your choice (subject to availability).
Playground - CLOSED for safety reasons.
Grass field - The kids will have a great time playing on the grass field.
Game room - Tenants can enjoy a small game room, in which there is a Ping Ping table and pool table for children.
The condominium is located 11 km from downtown, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it will be necessary to travel 400 m on an unpaved street.
The kitchen has a water filter, whose refill is changed according to the period determined by the manufacturer.
We provide toilet paper, salt, sponge, detergent and multipurpose cleaning product.
*Pet friendly
Your pet is welcome, but must be on a leash in the condominium's common areas.
In the case of pit bulls, filas, dobermans, and rottweilers, they can only be walked if led by people over 18 years of age and on a leash with an appropriate choke collar and muzzle, in accordance with state law 4,597 of September 16, 2005.
Guest access
Access to the entire private area of the house, as well as the entire leisure infrastructure of the condominium.

Accidents happen. Therefore, any damage to the property or its objects must be immediately reported to the owner, so that together we can resolve the replacement of the damaged object, or repair the damage to the property.
