This condo is perfect for not only families, who can enjoy the beach and America's longest boardwalk literally right downstairs, but also a group of friends, who can take advantage of our excellent location right between the Hard Rock Casino (100 feet west on the boardwalk) and Ocean Casino (100 feet east on the boardwalk). There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in and around the building. Moreover, right downstairs is the largest arcade on the west coast with entertainment for all ages - the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar with indoors go-karting and rock climbing! What more can you ask for?
After a long day enjoying the waves or enjoying the casinos, come to your home away from home with amenities such as complimentary coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, complimentary Netflix access, a fitness center, and a pool. Our 24/7 customer service staff (accessible by chat, text, email, or call) will also make sure you are taken care at all times.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.

This 2BR/3BA condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 1200 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. There is nothing like it in all of Atlantic City!
