This is a 4 bedroom flat with lovely 180 degree view of rankala lake migratory bird space , city sky line and shalini place in kolhapur . It just near the main mahalaxmi temple and the main market of kolhapur.here are plenty of eating places near by and a rankala chowpati for street food.There is direct view of the serene lake with only one road in between the lake and the flat.The sunrise from the flat is amazing and its a quiet place to relax..The watchman cum caretaker stays on the ground .

The space
this apartment has positive energy from the lake and the temple across..it jus peaceful to look at the lake in the morning and evening.The inverter can take only one fan and one light in each room.it can't handle the gyser fridge and oven.the chandelier needs to be switched off during power cut.All bedroom have AC. the main hall or dinning area as stand fans and no AC.

the view of a large water body is calming.u can see Shalini palace in the right and people enjoying boating in rankala lake.there are lot of migratory birds around the lake.the new restaurant has started on the ground floor.swiggy and Zomato delivery is available. A new Bistro has opened up in the same apartment on the ground floor.The street food lane has re opened and is walking distance on the left while leaving the premises.
