Large light, airy lounge/diner. Separate kitchen containing all appliances required. Large bathroom with shower. Amazing master bedroom with super king bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds.

Prime location - within walking distance of Dartmoor National Park (5mins), town amenities (7mins), Granite Way (3mins) and train station (2 mins). Next to Simmons Park. Ideal for walking and cycling.

Large light, airy lounge/diner with two two seater sofa’s and a dinning table for 4.

Large smart tv mounted on the wall.

Separate kitchen containing all appliances required - fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar provided along with cleaning materials and washing up items (washing up liquid, gloves, brush and cloth and tea towels). Plenty of crockery for 4 people and wine glasses.

Large bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. Soap / body wash provided.

Large master bedroom with super king bed, small sofa, full length mirror and hanging rail with hangers. Small storage box with additional bedding.

Second bedroom has bunk beds, hanging rail and chest of drawers.

Our property boarders the top of Simmons Park which is a beautiful play park for children (two large play areas) with magnificent gardens and a large playing field area ideal for picnics. Whilst we cannot offer any outside space this is perfect for evening strolls or taking time to enjoy the fresh air!

Guest access
The entrance is down a small drive off of the main road. It’s a private entrance and there is a paved area for parking right outside the front door.

Other things to note
We do wish to make you aware that there is a small building site (single dwelling) to the lower side of the property. Machinery on site is limited and the site is not visible from inside the property but is visible from the parking space and entrance. We do not foresee it having an impact on your stay but wish to make you aware.
