Buttercup’s Lodge is our brand new self contained lodge on a working farm, with free secure parking. This is the same lay out as River’s lodge but includes extra’s such as a built in oven and hob, king size bed and slightly larger in size. You are surrounded by beautiful scenic views of the countryside with great walks and cycle routes.

The space
The functional living/kitchen area includes an extendable dining table with chairs and a sofa to relax. There is a smart TV with Freesat and WiFi is included.

The kitchen includes a gas hob, microwave and full size oven, small fridge, kettle and toaster, as well as the essential equipment needed to prepare a meal.

The main sleeping area consists of a king size bed with all bedding included. There is a lamp and sockets in the sleeping area for added convenience. Luggage can be safely stored under the bed throughout your stay.

In the separate bathroom there is a powerful rainfall shower with toilet and basin. Towels and hand wash are provided.

The lodge has double glazing and its own combi-boiler with radiators, making it comfortable all year round.

Decking at the front of the lodge catches the morning sun, and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast on the table and chairs provided. To the side of the lodge we have provided an area with a BBQ for you to enjoy the lovely summer evenings.

We allow one small well behaved dog onsite, you must let us know if you plan to bring your dog prior to arrival. We ask for you not to leave your dog in the lodge on its own for long periods of time.

The modern and cosy property provides the perfect space to enjoy some peace and quiet, scenic country walks and cycle routes.

It is ideally situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds with coastal areas such as Filey, Scarborough and Bridlington a short drive away. There are plenty of cosy country pubs near by, however the market towns of Malton and Beverley are less than a 30 minute drive away with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants.
