Make our Cottage your home away from home! This comfortable and convenient cottage sits next to the Pigeon River with views of the mountains as well! Sit and listen to the flowing river, throw out a line or soak in the hot tub!! Take advantage of the yard space for grilling/games and the outdoor firepit in the evenings. Inside offers guests a relaxing setting with all the convivences of home. We are only 2 miles from I-40, 25 from Dollywood or Gatlinburg. Rafting in Hartford minutes away.

The space
Our cottage has an open kitchen/dining/living space with windows allowing guests to take in the beautiful views of the Pigeon river, just steps off the rear deck. The Master bedroom has a separate entrance to access the rear deck (overlooking the Pigeon river). A king size bed with luxury memory foam mattress, spacious bathroom with oversized shower. The walk-in closet can double for additional sleeping space, equipped with a roll-away bed (memory foam mattress). 43" smart tv. The second bedroom features a bunk bed; the bottom is a full size, and the top is a twin. The second full bath has a bath/shower.

There is just something about the sound of rushing water.... If you are looking for a tranquil place to enjoy the peaceful Pigeon River, you've found it! Our cottage is fully furnished along with a huge yard, featuring a fire pit and chairs to take it all in.

Guests are welcome to use the entire place, with the exception of the garage, I'm converting it into a game room and additional sleeping space!

Other things to note
Games are in chest near dining room table.

Please strip used beds (leaving mattress cover on), load dishwasher, take out all garbage and place near front door, prior to check out. Reset heat to 68 or air to 74.

There are additional blankets in bedroom closet, dresser, and hall closet. The First Aid kit is in the drawer next to the kitchen sink. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. To turn on the fire place: turn small black dial located near the bottom right side.

There is additional space for a camper(s) and or tents, fees may apply. Ask for details.
