・Key information will be sent to you 3 days prior to check-in.
・There will be an additional charge of 5,000 yen per person if you stay or enter the room for more than the number of people booked without contacting us.
・Smoking is not allowed in the building, your room, or balconies.
(This includes throwing cigarette butts into indoor trash cans or empty cans.)
In case of violation, a special cleaning fee of 30,000 JPY may be charged.
・Please pay special attention to noise at night.
・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out.
・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment.
・We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures.
・We will charge a disposal fee of 5000 JPY if you leave suitcases or large waste items in this place after check out.

1- Child rates
Up to 6 years old is free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. Children over 7 years old will be charged the adult rate.
2- Phone service hours
9:00 - 23:00.
3- Check-in
Check-in is a self-service, non-personal check-in. After you make a reservation, we will send you a URL to access your room. Please make sure to download it before coming to your room. The key information will be sent to you 3 days before check-in.
4- Early check-in
We do not accept early check-in.
Luggage storage before check-in are not accepted.
5- Late check-out
We cannot accept late check-out due to the need to clean the room for the next guest. Please pay attention to the check-out time. If you check out after the check-out time, you may be charged 5,000 yen per hour.
6- Luggage storage after check-out
We do not accept luggage storage.
