Relax at Casa Del Mar, a centrally-located, beach HOUSE, and a pool in your very own fully fenced backyard. It is a beach HOUSE and you will be the ONLY guests in the main home.

Right near Wanna Wanna's Beach Bar and down the street from the beach access, you'll have a wide array of activities and restaurants within walking distance.

The space
This wonderfully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, is an ideal getaway for a family. (6 adults maximum occupancy or 6 maximum occupancy including children.)

The main home has wood shutters throughout, a large front porch, two-bedrooms/two-bathrooms and a furnished and fenced backyard. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. Both bathrooms include a standing shower, (but no tub,) with rain shower heads.

You can unwind and surf the cable channels on one of the five TVs in the homes, step out onto the front porch and enjoy the cool island breeze or head to the fenced backyard and take a dip in the private pool. (The pool is 4ft deep at it's deepest.)

The well-equipped kitchens allow you to whip up a delicious meal and includes pots, pans, a blender, a toaster, Keurigs, serving dishes, plates, cups, silverware and so much more. (Please note we do not have a dishwasher.)

Leave the car/s parked out front or on the side of the home and take the free island shuttle to a wide array of local activities and destinations or rent a bike or golf cart to get around.

No matter how you spend your time, Casa Del Mar gives you the chance to get away from the daily grind, relax, and bask in the warm South Texas sunshine.

- 6 Adults Maximum Occupancy
- Gatherings, events and parties are NOT allowed. 6person maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
- Comforters, (like all linens,) are changed after every stay and may be different than the ones pictured, but all bedding is of excellent quality.
- A charcoal BBQ pit is provided but, you will need to bring your own lighter fluid and charcoal.
- Our home does not have a dishwasher or a bathtub.
- Washer and Dryer available for stays OVER 5 days.

Location. Location. Location! This home is centrally located and steps away from the beach. Close to stores and restaurants too! Up the block toward Padre Blvd is the largest convenience store on the island, this Stripes even has made to order breakfast tacos every morning.

You are within walking distance of Burrito Express, Cafe Karma and Wanna Wanna's, one of the coolest places to listen to live music, enjoy great food and of course a TURBO! (You'll not want to miss the TURBO!)
