We had a wonderful time at Valerie's place! It's quiet and cozy with plenty of privacy! Plenty of beach access and trailheads nearby, and some great little restaurants in the nearby town! Valerie was easy to communicate with and also respected our privacy. I would recommend bringing warm socks or slippers because the floors are chilly, especially in the morning. The Wi-Fi signal isn't strong, we didn't mind, but just be aware.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights for a brief vacation. The cabin was very clean and quiet, had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen was fully equipped. There are good restaurants in Yachats, a short drive down the road, and lots of great hiking and beach combing only a few minutes' drive away. We would definitely stay again.

Valerie's cabin was just right for our Yachats vacation. Quiet and private and off the beaten track, yet close to many of our favorite attractions around the Cape Perpetua area. The cabin was clean and very cozy, with trees and greenery visible from all the windows and skylights giving us the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The furnishings and bed were very comfortable and the decor simple and pleasing, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Valerie was communicative, helpful and quick to respond. From the cabin we ranged up to Yachats for dinner at the Yachats Brewery and Farm Store, down the coast visiting several beaches and coves around Cape Perpetua, to the Oregon Dunes, and Cape Arago near Coos Bay. The spa tub was an added plus, helping us to warm up after some cool, damp weather outside. This was a great stay, we were sad to leave and would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at this quiet, peaceful cabin. Definitely worth a dip in the jacuzzi tub and sitting outside listening to the creek and surf. Skylights bring in a lot of light, so a sleep mask can be helpful. Beach access is very close, but unfortunately the river is so high and rushing this time of year, we couldn't access the northern stretch of the beach. Overall though, a great place to stay with quick access to Cape Perpetua and Yachats!
