Around 30-minute walk to the beach, ideal for coastal walks and sunsets

Despite the peaceful setting, you’re close to Ferring, Worthing, Arundel, Chichester and Brighton, all easily reached by car or public transport.

Disabled Access

The lodge has also been designed disabled friendly with large wet room for easy access, spacious bedroom, widened doorways, lowered sockets and light switches, large spacious kitchen and lounge, we can remove the rugs and supply a ramp for the 2 steps into the front door.



Welcome Hamper and Basic Supplies.

We provide a welcome hamper for your arrival, including the absolute necessities of tea, coffee, coffee pods, sugar, milk, eggs, wine, snacks and produce from our greenhouses when in season July to October. The kitchen is stocked with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, tin foil, spices and herbs.

Our lodge is in a peaceful location, a rural hamlet, situated on our small family organic nursery, surrounded by greenhouses, ideal for switching off and unwinding. Our lane leads to the open countryside, perfect for scenic walks, fresh air and enjoying the slower pace of life. Highdown Hill and the South Downs is at the top of our lane and is perfect for walkers and cyclists or just a leisurely stroll into the countryside. Highdown Hill is famous as a Hillfort, Roman settlement and the Millers Tomb, a historical burial site. You will also find Highdown gardens, beautiful gardens with rare plants and trees, with tea rooms, and a restaurant with bar. Ferring beach is 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive.
