Oak Lodge has all the creature comforts of home and is ideal for those who like the idea of camping, but who don't like the thought of all those creepy crawlies in the tent!

The self-catering lodge sleeps a family of 5-6 people with 1 double bed, 2 bunks and a sofa-bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult).

There is a spacious outside area with covered picnic table & fire pit.

The 2 acre wood is home to a magnificent 350 year old oak tree. Watch the sun come up through its branches.

The space
The self-contained lodge is like a hotel room, but in a small wood and it has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away or a week long stay.
It has a kitchenette (with fridge, 2 ring hob, toaster, microwave and kettle), an en-suite toilet/shower room and living/dining area with a smart TV (with Roku player).
Bedding and towels are included. There is cosy underfloor heating (for the colder months) and the lodge has WiFi.
A travel cot and booster seat can be provided for guests with infants (please note that bedding is not provided for the travel cot and guests staying with an infant will need to bring their own bedding).

There is ample on-site parking.

Climate Pledge - We will plant one tree per guest on the farm.

Though the farm is quiet most of the time, please be aware that there will be times when horses and tractors are moving about.
Please observe and obey any signs.

The Lodge is for families, couples and single travelers only - sorry, NO ALL ADULT groups (e.g. groups of friends, Hen parties etc.).

I am the National Trust’s Head Ranger at the nearby, picturesque Devil’s Punch Bowl and Frensham Little Pond. With my wife, Mandy, and two teenage daughters, we own Hazelbank Farm which is home to an Airbnb glamping pod and Shepherd's Hut. I love the great outdoors and you can often find me somewhere in a field or on a hike.
