Beautiful Mediterranean Villa 3 bed and 3 bath . It is fully equipped, enjoy, relax and have a great vacation time. We are located in the Wyndham Rio Mar Resort , Rio Grande PR, with close proximity to outstanding Puerto Rico must see sites. Villa is aprox 3 minutes from Beach you can enjoy the beautiful ocean. The Blue Ocean and the warm Caribbean Breeze will make you feel in the perfect vacation spot. Make memories with us on the Island of Enchantment in this truly tropical paradise!!!
The space
You will enjoy the entire spacious villa and have access to our Cluster pool, We provide beach towels and all essentials to make your trip relaxing and comfortable. Villa has a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Spacious living area with large smart TV to access Netflix, Amazon, etc. There are 3 large, comfortable bedrooms , Master bedroom also has a tv. Laundry room on premises. Entire Villa is air-conditioned for your comfort. However we encourage you to enjoy the amazing breeze when all windows are left open.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of Villa and have access to all of Villa Las Brisas' amenities ( kids playground, private pools, trails, tennis, etc) as well as Wyndham hotel restaurants, clubs, casino, hotel concierge services and other activities. We strongly recommend you make reservations thru the Open table App for the restaurants.
Other things to note
We will provide freshly laundered bed linens and towels ( 2 bath towel and 2 beach/pool towel per guest) We also provide various disposable essentials to get you started comfortably on your vacation.
SOME HOUSE RULES TO KEEP EVERYBODY HAPPY:
-Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children.
- We love our neighbors . Please keep noise level down after 10 PM
and only park on two assigned parking spots or on guests parking stops.
-Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking.
-Subletting, parties or events are not allowed.

This Villa has a Golf View, and is situated in this unique and secured community with a short distance drive to amazing Natural attractions . This Villa has two floors, in the main living area has a bedroom and bath. You have small stairs to enter the Villa,
