A beautiful basement apartment located in the most desireable neighbour hood in Bedford. Complete with 1 bedroom which houses a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch to a double bed, complete with TV, wifi, full bathroom and kitchen with fridge. Also private outdoor patio. Own entrance accesible from the side of the house. We speak English, nous parlons francais and hablamos Español. No pets and non smoking. 🏳️‍🌈

The space
One full bedroom, a couch that folds down and can sleep two children or two small adults. The fold down couch is a double bed, a queen size bed is in the bedroom. Own private bathroom with tub and shower and kitchenette available for meal preparation.
