To check out, please ensure that the door is securely locked and the lights are turned off. Once this is done, your check-out is complete.

-If smoking or cigarette butts are found, a fine of ¥50,000 will be charged.
2. No Shoes in the guest room: Please remove your shoes.
-A fine of ¥30,000 will be charged if shoes are worn inside.
3. No Pets Allowed.
4. No Parties or Loud Music.
5. No Illegal Activities in the rooms.
6. Do Not Remove Hotel Items (e.g., towels).

7. Please be mindful of noise when entering or leaving the apartment, as well as in shared areas such as the hallways, to avoid disturbing other guests.
8. When Leaving the Room:
Please lock the door and turn off all appliances such as air conditioning, fans, lights, and other electronics.
9. Waste Disposal:
Separate trash into categories: Burnable, Recyclable (cans, PET bottles, bottles), and Non-Burnable.
If you are unsure about the categories, please leave the trash in your room.

★Important Information Before Your Stay
1. We do not offer luggage storage before or after check-in.
2. Kitchen items (plates, chopsticks, etc.) are not available.
3. Microwaves are not provided.
4. We do not accept parcel deliveries on your behalf.
5. No pajamas are provided, so please bring your own if needed.
6. Room cleaning is not provided during your stay. However, if requested in advance, cleaning can be arranged for ¥3,000 per cleaning session.
7. For guests staying 7 nights or more, a simple cleaning will be conducted on the 5th day of your stay between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
(After the 5th day, cleaning will be done once every 6 days.)
8. For hygiene management, we will enter the room every 3 days to exchange towels and collect garbage.
