Based on your feedback I will certainly go ahead and make those purchases, to improve the house in the future.
I would have loved a heads up while you were with us on these matters to have been able to address it in real time and now all I can do is apologize.
I am considering taking down my listing as a result of this harsh critique. I hope that you are able to up your communication game in the future so problem solving strategies can be implemented before it's too late.
