DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
- This apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, of a private residence, secured by camera and security guard.
- The studio includes a living room/bedroom, sofa bed (140x200 cm), a small flat-screen TV, a kitchen equipped with electric hob, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom equipped with 'a shower and a toilet. You can also enjoy a 3 m2 balcony with an unobstructed view which benefits from very little privacy.
- Equipped with a small 30L water heater, ideal for a 5 minute shower. Recharges hot water in 1 hour for a second shower or washing dishes.
TO KNOW :
- Duvet, blanket, mattress protector & pillows provided on site.
- Sheets, towels not included (additional services possible for the stay: €15)
- Handover of keys and exit: handover of keys is done with the owner generally after 7:30 p.m. and before 10 p.m.! Saturday and Sunday arrangement possible depending on schedule, generally after 2 p.m. However, delegation is possible depending on the owner's arrangements to Erica, concierge service.
- Concerning Housekeeping, we ask you for basic cleaning, that is to say: Bins emptied, dishes clean and put away, surfaces clean, broom and mop. Hair from drained siphon, etc.
- Tourist tax: obligatory, calculated and paid by and for Airbnb.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
- Optional sheet kit for 2 people: €5 per night or €15 per stay to be paid on site. Please advise when booking.

The closest station is that of Grau du Roi, 1.5 km away, or 20 minutes on foot, the TER desert all the towns as far as Nimes TGV station.
Therefore ideal for people who are not transported.
