Very nice small town house in Sete, Quartier Haut. The house is situated close to the city center and the habour but in calm surroundings.

The space
The town house has a kitchen/living room at the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom at the first floor, and 2 single beds and a bathroom at the second floor. Please keep in mind that this is an old house with stairs and the stair from first to second floor is very steep.

Guest access
The town house is easy to access, from the train station it takes approx 15 minutes to walk to the house, there is also a bus going from the station, number 5. There is paid parking within 5 minutes walk and otherwise you can park in the street for free

Other things to note
Sete is one of the most important fish market in France and offers some amazing opportunities to see, buy and taste local fish and seashells specialties such as mussels an oysters.

Local markets are available on Wednesdays and Fridays with fresh products, fish and regional specialties. Within a five minutes walk, you have access to all the shops and boutiques from the center.

Nice activities include, the sea front with its renovated 25km of cycling and roller skating paths, the cafes and restaurants, the Etangs de Thau with its oysters farms, the vineyards and wonderful muscat wine.

Welcome to my ”Masion De Village” located 5 minute from the town square. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, and there is room for 4 persons.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen. On the first floor, one bedroom with doublebed and a small bathroom with w.c. wash and shower.
On the second floor, one bedroom with 2 beds and bathroom with w.c. wash and shower.
The bedrooms have a nice view to Mont Saint Clair.
Please notice as this is an old town house there are several steps (2 floors) and one of the stairs is very steep.
