Neighbourhood highlights

The Coudalère peninsula is a magnificent site, between lake, sea and mountain. A lakeside city, it is conducive to walks (entirely pedestrian site) allowing long walks along Lake Salses, view of the Canigou, you can observe the birds (Natura 2000 site) and watch magnificent sunsets!
The site is very lively in summer and offers various entertainment and activities.
The sea and its sandy beaches are 5 minutes by car, and about 10/15 minutes by bicycle along bike paths (3 adult/teen bicycles will be at your disposal for your stay).
You will appreciate the calm of the Caribbean residence, but nevertheless close to shops and entertainment (entertainment every summer evening (July/August) on Place de la Martinique: Jazz festival, dance evenings, children's shows, night markets etc.). The residence is equipped with a large supervised pool (2 pools including one 25 m + splash zone for the little ones), access to the pool will be offered free of charge. This pool also offers swimming lessons, water aerobics and aquabike (for a fee).
In addition, the Coudalère site is equipped with several children's play areas, basketball court, tennis (for a fee), mini-football, ping pong tables, and self-service fitness machines in the wooded park. Free sports activities are organized throughout the summer (fitness, zumba, yoga etc.) as well as petanque tournaments.
A mini-golf course completes this leisure offer (for a fee).
La Coudalère is also a "spot" for windsurfers and kite-surfers, a UCPA/sailing club is located on the site and offers various courses, as well as a board/canoe rental, stand up paddle etc.).
