This completely remodeled 3BR/1BA house sits nestled right off the KY Lake just moments away from numerous outdoor and wildlife attractions. The open floor plan concept creates a spacious feel where you can relax after your day on the beautiful KY Lake. Master bedroom has king size bed, other 2 bedrooms has queen beds. Also pullout sofa. Numerous public and private boat ramps are located just seconds down the road accommodating any outdoorsman's needs!

This house is completely remodeled from floor to ceiling in 2021.

Perfect space for those wanting to enjoy a few days around the lake or just looking for a nice getaway!

There is plenty of room for multiple cars, trucks, and boats in the driveway and side yard.

~3 Miles from Sandy Creek Event Center
~45 min from Loretta Lynn’s Dude Ranch

There are multiple boat ramps within a 5 mile radius and numerous public hunting areas.

The entire house is for guest use. There is a detached garage outside that will be locked.

Very safe area, many people enjoy riding golf carts down the road to Country Junction Resort to listen to live bands in the Summer. This house does not have view of the lake but you will find numerous boat ramps/camps grounds within a few minutes drive!
