The apartment comfortably fit 5 people. It is very cozy, family friendly.
It has 3 bright and spacious bedrooms with large closet, 3.5 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and one privatre parking space.
The household includes linen, towels, cooking and kitchen equipment, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer, safe, HD TV and 24 hour security.

Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else visiting to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed in the premises, including the terrace.
2.This is a Family friendly building. The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Guests shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Guests shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 10 PM and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.
3.People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest and it will have a cost on $250.00 per night.
4.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. The Tenant and Tenant’s Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Homeowner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Homeowner may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance for Guests and Guests if such coverage is desired.
5.The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guests shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Homeowner as being immediately habitable by the next Guests. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guests agree that the Homeowner shall deduct costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if Guests cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
6.For rentals of more than 10 days we require the service of house cleaning once a week, which we provide, for an extra charge ($45 dollars daily).
7.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
8.No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.
9.Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
11.Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented bio-alcohol fired firebox. Using any other anything else will damage it. Please do not throw paper or any other combustible materials in the fireplace.
12.The toilet system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than a reasonable amount of toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or other items have been flushed and clog the toilet system, you could be charged damages of up to $150.00 or we will be make use of the damage deposit.
13.Internet: The internet is WI-FI. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.
14.International Phone: The international phone is a VOIP American number, and it works though the internet. It is unlimited within the U.S., Canada, & Puerto Rico. Unlimited calling to landlines in over 60 countries. Any extra charge will be directly charged to the guests. Please visit the following page to know which countries you can call for free.
15.Candles are only for decoration, please do not light them up
16.Please do not damage the plants in the garden and interior.
17.We are environmental friendly. Please do not waste water, gas and/or electricity.
18.Waste disposal: The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the designated bins in the garage during their stay for pickup.
19.We have a gas water heater. This takes about 1 or 2 minutes to heat the water. Please be patient and try to save running water for other purposes.
20.Homeowner shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used by the Homeowner’s family. Toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, shampoos, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Tennant. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. If consumables exist at the premises when the Guest arrives the Guest is free to use them.
21.Emergency medical and police service can be called by dialing 123.
22.Check in is after 3:00 pm. Check out is before 12:00 pm.
23.The Homeowner has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Guests violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Guests waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Guests shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
24.The Guests shall not sublet the property.
25.Guests agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Homeowner enforcing this agreement.
26. Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Guests do not intend to make the property a residence or household.
27.We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
28.There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments or because of weather conditions.
29.Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws.
30.Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
31.Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. In case of any occurrence, the homeowner will contact the authorities immediately.
32.Tenant agrees not to access any locked door.
33.Tenant is advised that the property contains a gas stove and cook top, and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood.
34.Tenant is advised that there is no carbon monoxide detector and fire detector on the property and accepts the risk involved in not having one.
35.Tenant shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc.
36.Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Homeowner. The Homeowner shall not be liable for condition of said items.
37.Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Homeowner. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service.
38. The water heater is gas. This takes about 1 or 2 minutes to heat the water . Please be patient .
