Antonio’s flat is unique and original. We could feel the atmosphere of the modern and ancient Palermo at the same time. It is also very central and you can do everything my foot if you have only a few days or if you are not planning to go outside of the town.

Antonio’s apartment is really special- quirky, peaceful and full of character in an old Palazzo in the Kalsa, old town district. We loved crazy Palermo and felt like locals living there. Antonio was a great host who was always readily available. We would return in a heartbeat…

Antonio's apartment is very unique. Set Ina beautiful old catholic palazzo it's got loads of character and very comfortable. 103 steps to climb wouldn'r suit anyone with mobility issues or very small children. Great location!

Response from Antonio:
Tony thank you for your positive feedback . I'm really sorry for the difficulty with the car. I know that it's not easy drive in Palermo and always I try to discourage my guest to arrive in Palazzo Cattolica by car.

Sadly Antonio was not in town during our stay but sent us a wonderful guide to his neighbourhood before we arrived so we knew the best places to visit and eat. The location is great, the building and flat a real gem.

Palermo can be beautiful but also gritty and suffocating so the apartment offered a wonderful respite.
There are several very good restaurants very nearby and most attractions are within walking dist…
