This unit now is solar powered. Comfortable spacious loft with private deck. Fully equipped kitchen with induction stove. Cozy lounge with sleeper couch, Smart tv, showmax, netflix, dstv. Uncapped Wifi. Private entrance and automatic gated carport. En Suite bathroom with a shower.

Many upmarket and family oriented restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Most restaurants also deliver.

The space
The Room and lounge area is one large area. The lounge has a double bed sleeper couch. There is a comfortable desk to work from if needed and full access to TV. This opens up to a private deck for smokers or outdoor lovers.

Guest access
The property is in a boomed off secure area. Guards will check you in. When at the property your parking is through a electric gate under a carport. The door you access to unit has a combination keypad to get in. Codes are given once bookings are confirmed.

Other things to note
This is a residential area so we are also subject to load shedding from time to time. The neighbors also have dogs which bark sometimes.
