Gwenen at the rear of 8 Avenue Road is a newly built ground floor apartment providing all the essentials as well as some little luxuries for a relaxing break by the sea. Located just a five minute walk away from Gyllyngvase beach in one direction and Falmouth Marina and town in the other it is perfectly located for enjoying and exploring the local area without any need to get in the car. The local train station is a two minute walk away and provides a service to Truro and beyond.

The space
As well as one master bedroom with a king size bed Gwenen provides a modern yet comfortable space to relax in, watch television, cook a meal or just take five. There is also a little courtyard outside with exclusive use for guests of Gwenen, a real sun trap just to sit and relax.

Guest access
Guests access Gwenen on the little lane at the rear of Avenue Road. There is one private car parking space for guests staying at Gwenen directly opposite the apartment. There is a key safe at the side of the front door which is Gwenens private entrance. Guests are able to arrive/leave without having to pass the key back to the host.
