We are also less than an hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Provins (UNESCO World Heritage),

Le Clos de la Rose. We would be delighted to welcome you at our place. Le Clos de la Rose is an excellent place to visit the Champagne area. We are 5 minutes from the western vineyards (where there are most interesting discoveries still to make) and from here it is very pleasant to tour the whole area. We are only 1 hour from Reims and Epernay and in between there are the vineyards of the Champage region! But we are also less than 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from the beautiful medieval town of Provins, approx. 1 hour from the fabulous castles of Vaux-le-Vicomte, Chantilly or Fontainebleau, etc.

I am the proud Owner and Manager of a small, charming, family run Bed & Breakfast and Self Catering establishment called "Le Clos de la Rose" located just one hour east of Paris only a few minutes from the first vines of the Champagne region. I am a fully qualified French pastry Chef and love cooking and welcoming guests from near and far into our secluded 18th century romantic home; making their stay a "home away from home" is what I have being doing for the last 5 years working from home. I specialize in a ensuring a personalized service for each of our guests having just 2 bedrooms in our main guesthouse and a small cottage in the wonderful large garden or our enclosed property. Our guests can stay on a B&B basis for 1 or more nights or on a self catering basis for stays of 3 night or more in our independent cottage in the garden our our property. I therefore take all the time required to ensure that every moment of our guests' stays is a special one : welcoming them, lavishing and pampering them with home made French cuisine at breakfast and evening dinner. On reservation, I also do French cooking classes for French pastries like macaroons and other sweet or savory pastries ! Every new day is a great day for me in this profession that I manage from home along with my family and I do the best so that is also the case for each of my guests !
