Charming 1900's carriage house with 21st century amenities located in the historic district of Victorian Bellefonte. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the historic streets then head back for a morning coffee overlooking a beautifully manicured yard featuring 300 different varieties of plants and a koi pond. You are a short walk to downtown restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, and Talleyrand Park. You are also nearby world-class fly fishing and only 10 miles from Penn State University.

The space
Enjoy private access to the 2nd floor apartment featuring a private bedroom with a king bed, full bath, fully appointed kitchen and additional twin trundle bed for children or extra guests.

Guest access
The property is in the historic district of Bellefonte and within walking distance of downtown where you will find many shops and restaurants. On street parking is always available and adjacent to the carriage house.

Other things to note
Please note that this is a historic property located on the second floor of a detached garage / carriage house. The stairs to the apartment are slightly steeper than normal and should be taken into consideration if there are any mobility challenges.
