The former Railway Yard building has been sympathetically converted to an open plan Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge. Bi-folding patio doors give access to an external area. The kitchen is fitted with fully integrated appliances throughout.

The space
A vaulted ceiling includes three electronic rain sensitive Velux windows and inset lighting above. Bi-folding patio doors give access to an external area with a continuation of the internal marble flooring to the entire external patio area. Here you can sit and enjoy the outside as well as having access to the BBQ. The kitchen is fitted in a stunning range of white units with an island and fully integrated appliances.

We live at the property and you will have your own bedrooms/bathrooms using shared living space. We try and keep ourselves out of the way, so you may not see much of us.

St Cleer (Cornish: Ryskarasek) is a civil parish and village in East Cornwall. The village is situated on the southeast flank of Bodmin Moor approximately two miles (3 km) North of Liskeard.

Plymouth - 30 minute drive (also direct line by rail)

We are situated at the edge of Bodmin Moor with access by foot. The Caradon Trail is a signposted cycling/walking route around the local villages, which is also on our doorstep.

You will have also have easy access to plenty to amenities and activities from where we are situated including, Sibleyback lake (https://www.swlakestrust.org.uk/pages/site/activities/category/siblyback-lake), the Hurlers Stone Curcles, Cheesewring and Golitha Falls. If you like a bit of adventure, Adrenalin Quarry has lots of water based excitement, zip wire and go-cart track, which is a ten minute drive away.
