Update as of 02/05/17: There is now a brand new laminate flooring in the bedrooms and living room and a new tile flooring in the bathroom instead of previously referenced concrete floor. The hallway was repainted in Dec 2015, a new flooring was installed in Dec 2016.
A 500 sqft 2 bedroom apartment sleeps comfortably 4-6 people (1 queen bed, 1 full/double bed, twin sized inflatable aerobed and a twin floor mattress can be provided for additional guests upon request). This apartment would be great for a couple with 1-2 kids, 2 couples or 2 business travelers (who need the privacy of 2 separate rooms, yet can stay close).
Baby crib, high chair and toys for kids are available upon request.
This is a cozy in-law apartment is on the ground level with a private front entrance. Both rooms have been rebuild, repainted and furnished in November 2014.
Rooms have radiant floors, so you will enjoy coziness of warm floor under your feet.
There is no kitchen, but you will have few appliances:

* Small refrigerator with freezer compartment
* Toaster oven

* Disposable tableware, tea, coffee
* TV with Roku in a living room.

We are a family with children and live upstairs. You may hear occasional noise from our happy kids, although we do try to keep it to the minimum.
The noise is expected mostly in the mornings and early evenings. Please, let us know if it gets too loud and we will do our best to be quiet.
When inquiring/booking, please mention your desirable check-in and check out times.
If you plan to visit California Academy of Sciences, Exploratorium or SF Zoo - we would be happy to offer you our guest membership cards! A guest card to Academy of sciences will cover free admission for up to 3 adults and 4 children. A guest card to SF Zoo and Exploratorium will cover free admission for 1 adult and 4 children. If you'd like to use our membership cards - please, let us know what day you'll need the cards when making a reservation.
There is no assigned parking for this unit, but ample free street parking is available along 26th Ave, Noriega or Moraga streets. Please, watch for street cleaning signs to avoid fines.
