Entire property with spacious accommodation for up to 18 guests with large garden, outdoor space, BBQ, fire pit and parking for several cars.

A brilliant venue for extended family groups, retreats or action holidays. The Way comes complete with it's own large drying room, communal spaces and is only a minute's walk from open moorland. Perfect for exploring Dartmoor; mountain biking, climbing and walking. A short walk to the famous Hound Tor location and coffee van.

The space
The property extends over two floors, with four of the bedrooms on the ground floor and the other four upstairs. There is a single shower and toilet upstairs and two shower blocks with two separate toilets downstairs. There is a large ground floor drying room which is ideal for wet weather clothing or drying washing.

Guest access
Based within Dartmoor National Park, and surrounded by woodland and streams, the property has many lovely walks and trails nearby which can be accessed from the doorstep.
We are two and a half miles away from the centre of Manaton, a small village with St Winifred's Church for Sunday services and the Kestor Inn which is a cosy, friendly pub. Becky Falls, a pretty waterfall attraction is just outside Manaton. The popular, pretty village of Widecombe-in-the-Moor is only three miles away, with several pubs, cafes and souvenir shops. We are approximately 6 miles from the nearest small market towns of Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampstead. Both towns have plenty of tourist attractions, pubs, cafes and play parks, as well as local amenities.
There is parking next to the property for at least three vehicles and further parking is available a short walk away.

Other things to note
The Way is located on the site of an Activity Centre so please be aware the wider site and outdoor equipment is not available for use. However, The Way does have a large private garden and footpath that leads directly onto the open moorland.
