You will be staying in a modern apartment, 2 rooms of 35 m2. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated. The apartment is very bright. Warm and functional. The kitchen area is functional and has everything you need to cook with peace of mind... a high table to have a good vitamin breakfast or dinner with the family with 4 high chairs.
On the living room side, a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm), can accommodate 2 additional people.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room , as well as quiet fans to ensure you have enjoyable nights.
Bed linen and bath towels are available free of charge, everything is included for 2 people (main bed only).

1. check-in/out: Check-in time is strictly from 4pm to 8PM ( free of charge). Before 4PM we are not available and able to welcome you. under any circumstances, even with a key box. NO Early Check-in. A lockbox can be used in case of unforeseen/ inability to schedule. If self check-in via key box: The code of the day will be sent to you at 4 p.m. Check-out: 9 a.m. MAX
1.1/ Late arrivals payable before or on your arrival: From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: €30 / From 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.: €50 NO check-in after midnight. 2. Cancellation/Delay/No-show: In the event of flight cancellation, delay, early departure or no-show, no full or partial refund will be made. ❌ In case of no-show, check-in may be postponed to the next day between 4pm and 8PM, unless the guest books an early check-in from 12.30 PM (with additional fees). 3. Tags:NO drop off of suitcases in the listing, either before or after check-out. 4. Keys &Responsibilities: The guest is responsible for the keys: any loss or non-return will be charged. In case of forgetting in the accommodation, the intervention of a locksmith will be the responsibility of the guest and/or travel costs. It is also liable for any damage to the property, keys, or common areas. Early checkout & Cancellation: In the event of early departure for personal or other reasons, no partial or total refund will be due. Also, if a flight is canceled, delayed, or if you do not show up after the start of the reservation, the cleaning and linen fees remain due and will not be refunded. 6. Guest obligation: The guest agrees to be 18 years or older when booking, accepts the terms and conditions, and is responsible for the people staying in the apartment. They have to stay there personally. Any claim regarding the condition of the listing must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after check-in. If this deadline is exceeded, no claim will be accepted. The number of guests is 4 people Max. The guest authorizes urgent repairs during the stay without the right to rent reduction, and any linen deposit during their stay. If the reservation is made for a third party, it is imperative to provide us with that person's name and ID so that they can fully enjoy their stay. 7. Other obligations: No pets allowed / No smoking in the apartment. Do not throw anything into the pipes. Any object likely to obstruct these could result in repair costs, at the expense of the guest. Any defect or temporary interruption of services (Water, electricity, WiFi, elevator, air conditioning, etc.), regardless of our will, will not give rise to any refund or reduction. Please let us know so we can best assist you.8. Cleaning and laundry fee: The accommodation is carefully prepared and checked before each arrival (cleanliness, nuisance inspection, equipment, tv, wifi...). The cleaning fee is included. The space must be left in good conditions. Please respect the premises, follow the instructions, do not dirty with self-tanning, sunscreen, and dye (otherwise linen will be charged). Bed and bath linen is included for 2 people. We guarantee a healthy, clean and regularly inspected space for pests before and after each booking.
