Welcome to Quail Heights! This charming Chico craftsman sits at the end of a quiet street and is walking distance to Meriam Park. Great for entertaining inside and out with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, WiFi, Netflix, and Hulu!

The space
As you walk through the front door enter into a light and bright living room furnished with a sectional couch, leather chairs, coffee table, and large TV to watch movies (Netflix included.) Enjoy a meal at the large dining room table and/or grab a seat at the bar in the kitchen. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc. Fully stocked laundry room downstairs and 1/2 bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs. Upstairs is carpeted and you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed w/ closet and the other two bedrooms are double beds with closet space (one room has a desk.) In the backyard you will find a BBQ, outdoor table, grass area for yard games (Ladder Toss & Corn Hole) and the front porch has Adirondacks chairs great to sit in to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine!
