Cozy guest bedroom in a beautifully renovated home in a small rural community. Our home has easy access to Hwy 99 and is 1hr from the entrance of Sequoia National Park and even closer to other wildlife refuge areas. This room is perfect for couples needing a place to rest. The room has a queen bed, large closet, free WiFi, as well as, access to a TV, washer/dryer, kitchen with several appliances. Take advantage of a quiet getaway and our knowledge of the surrounding area.

The space
1,600 sq ft of living space, outdoor furnished patio, wi-fi access. Shared access to home garage gym can be arranged.

Guest access
We have a large U-shaped driveway where you can park your vehicle. RV hook-ups are available (extra fee). Our community is accessible by Hwy 99 and limited public transportation infrastructure.

Other things to note
- REMOVAL OF PROPERTY: No property will be removed from this site during or after tenancy. The premises will be returned in the same condition as found upon arrival (excluding housekeeping services)
-DAMAGES: Accidents happen but any damage to the furnishings or property in the cottage or outside deck areas will be assessed on an individual basis. Replacement will be of fair market value plus an additional $25.00 service charge. Please review the airbnb deposit and resolution center for additional information.
- FURNISHINGS: all properties are equipped and furnished to the Owner’s taste and are set up for light housekeeping. Mattress pads, pillows, blankets, linens, bedspreads, and towels are provided. Guest shall keep premises, furniture, furnishings, and appliances in good working order and condition. Rearranging of the furniture is not permitted.
-EXCESS SUMMER UTILITY BILLS: Our Home has been renovated and it's eco-friendly. During the summer the AC is set to state recommendations: 78 "home", 82 "away" and 72 "sleep." Deviations from these will incur additional costs.
-PERSONAL ITEMS: Personal items left at the premises by Guest after tenancy, if found, will be returned upon request at a minimum charge of $15.00 service fee in addition to any shipping charges. Items unclaimed within two (2) weeks of departure shall be donated to charity.
