About this listing
Brand new studio apartment, accommodating 2-3 people. The studio is by the sea (10 meters) in a beautiful bay, 10 min. walk from historical center of Korčula. Location is quiet, the views are great and you can swim as soon as you open your eyes.
The studio is in a renovated old house with it's own private beach. It's 10 min. away from the old town of Korčula on foot. The neighborhood is residential, safe and quiet, in a peaceful bay which is also a good shelter for boats. The parking is in the front of the house on our property. The whole ambient is magnificent since you have a sea view, even from your bed, and a view of peninsula Pelješac with it's highest peak (960 m), the mythical mount St. Ilija from your terrace.
Guests can use BBQ, baking bell and snorkeling equipment free of charge, two bikes and a kayak for rent. For all guests laundry service, arrival/departure transfers (0-24) and reserved parking space in front of our house are included in the price of staying. Domestic olive oil, cofee and tea are also free of charge (feel free to ask for more). Linen is usually replaced once a week, towels according to your needs.
We have plenty of island and town tips and information which we will gladly share with you.
Interaction with guests
We interact a lot with our guests but tend to be very discrete. Food and wines are our passion and lots of guest already enjoyed our dinners on the terrace or our gastronomic trips around the island or the peninsula Pelješac. That's our way of interacting :)

Very simple and easy to get along with. We've traveled the whole Europe, and beyond. Three things are always in our car; a guitar, a soccer ball and a book. We have stayed in all sorts of accommodations, we don' t need luxury, just a place to crash. We are exploring the whole day so the host won' t even know we're there. Oh yes, as hosts we are...well, just check out our reviews.
